At RovixRogue, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return or exchange window to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.
Return & Exchange Process
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), your exchange order will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is completed.
Return Exclusions & Condition Criteria
- Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All returned items must be unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition, accompanied by the original packaging and packing slip.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if the returned item does not meet our criteria.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
Return Shipping & Alteration Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If your order requires an alteration, we offer one free alteration. However, you are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us.
Custom Orders
- We do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders.
- Before dispatch, we provide pictures of your custom product for approval to ensure satisfaction with the design, material, and stitching.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements using our sizing guide to minimize sizing issues. If a sizing issue arises, we offer one free alteration, but the customer must cover shipping costs.
