Courier Services
We use express shipping via trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for your location.
- • PO Box, APO, DPO & FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to these addresses at this time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.
Before placing an order, please check with your country’s customs office to estimate potential costs. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows the package as "delivered," but you have not received it, contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 business days to initiate an investigation.
- • Claims filed after 5 business days will not be accepted.
- • If the courier confirms a lost package, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are not available for lost items).
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for review. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Rescheduling & Delivery Issues
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
- • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- • It is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage delivery with the courier.
- • If the courier holds your order for any reason or multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Refused & Unaccepted Deliveries
- • If you refuse to accept delivery, the package will be considered lost or destroyed, and we cannot process a return or refund.
- • If you wish to return an order, you must first accept delivery and follow our return instructions.
Incorrect Address Deliveries
- • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- • Once dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address or redirect the package.
- • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, the courier may destroy the package, and we will be unable to issue a refund or return.
Additional Policies
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.
- Combined Shipments: Multiple orders going to the same address may be combined into one shipment for efficiency, unless requested otherwise.
